Title & lender review
Every deal is checked against lender terms, lien status, state title rules and insurance requirements.
Nationwide submissions. State-specific closing.
We do not pretend every state works exactly the same. The app captures the registration and title state, then routes each deal through state, lender, insurance and lien review before closing.

Financed vehicle exit FAQ
Can I submit a financed car if I still owe money?
Yes. The review looks at payoff, monthly payment, remaining term, arrears, cure amount, vehicle value and lender/title requirements together.
What if I am behind on car payments?
Being behind does not automatically disqualify a vehicle. One to three missed payments can still be reviewed if the account can be cured and the total acquisition cash makes sense.
Do you work nationwide?
Cede accepts submissions nationwide. Title, lender, insurance and transfer requirements are reviewed for the vehicle's state before closing.
Does submitting mean my loan is automatically assumed?
No. Submission starts a review. Any transaction remains subject to the written agreement, lender terms, title rules, insurance requirements and final human approval.
