Submitting a vehicle to Cede requests an acquisition review. A submission does not guarantee an offer, lender approval, loan assumption, title transfer, or completed transaction.

Any proposed transaction remains subject to verification of identity, ownership, lien and payoff information, lender terms, insurance requirements, state title and registration rules, signed agreements, and final human approval.

Vehicle, financing, payoff, arrears, and other information supplied by users should be accurate and complete. Estimated values, projected economics, and automated review results are informational until verified.

Cede may pause, decline, or request additional information when legal, lender, title, insurance, ownership, safety, or economic conditions require further review.

Nothing on the website should be interpreted as a guarantee that an existing lender will permit a transfer or assumption.
